    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, as I rise to support the Motion, first of all, I would like to say that as the Budget Committee, we are so grateful to the Speaker for making a ruling to accommodate our Report even though it became practically impossible to meet the requirements of the Fiscal Management Act. That happened because the Treasury did not submit the Budget Policy Statement in good time for us to scrutinize and table it before the House within the legally provided timeline."
