    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, many of us have been spending CDF funds to construct classrooms. But in a constituency like mine where I have more than 175 primary schools, this money is not enough. Most of those schools are in a very bad state. Even if I try to improve the infrastructure with the CDF money, there is nothing much I can do. Last financial year, I received Kshs85 million. Even if I try to give each school Kshs100,000, that would make no impact. Still, there is no development that would seem to have been initiated in those primary schools. So, truly, we need to talk about issues that concern mwananchi ."
