These speech therapists charge Kshs4,000 per hour and yet a child is supposed to have 12 hours of therapy in a week. Looking at the big hospitals in Kenya like KNH and Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, what is the Government doing to ensure that it advertises and subsidizes this service for the Kenyan children who are really suffering?"
