    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise on a point of order. A fortnight ago, I rose on a point of order regarding a Question that I had asked that required a written answer. The Chair then who is the Speaker gave an assurance that this matter will be attended to. The Question was asked in November and under Standing Order No.45, it is required to be answered within ten days. This Question has not yet been answered and I seek the indulgence of the Chair; you had indicated that I will see action, but I have not seen any action."
