    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, maybe at some stage, immediately after what I say, the Attorney-General would like to help me with regard to the issue of the two-thirds gender rule because the Cabinet had approved that the date of election was supposed to be the 17th of December, 2012. This, as Rachel Shebesh says, was also supposed to cover the two-thirds gender rule. I have personally even been lobbied by women leaders who are very concerned by this matter. It is like literally throwing the baby together with the bath water. Therefore, this is a matter that all of us have to deal with. I do not see how we can escape acting on this matter and making sure that we do justice to this two-thirds gender rule, which is a strict requirement under the Constitution."
