    "content": "asked the Minister for Environment and Mineral Resources:- (a) whether he is aware that more than 250 youth from Kuresoi and Molo districts, hired to plant seedlings in Mau Forest in March 2010 under the Kazi Kwa Vijana Programme have not been paid their weekly dues since March 2011; (b) whether he could explain the terms of engagement for the youth and what led to their dismissal after planting 10,000 seedlings jointly with the members of the armed forces; and, (c) what measures he will take to ensure the anomaly is corrected and the youth are paid their dues."
