Speedways Company has a case with KRA and they are demanding to be paid billions of shillings for purportedly collecting taxes on behalf of KRA. If it is true that, that company wants to be paid that money, which taxes did they collect on behalf of KRA? The documents being laid there by Dr. Khalwale have been authored by certain institutions. It is the same company that is demanding to be paid billions of shillings by KRA."
