However, there were two contracts on this road, which runs from Kisumu to Kabrengu. The section between Kakamega and Kisumu is the one we are referring to. The section between Kakamega and Webuye was completed the way this one was completed and, in fact, that contractor went on to clear the bushes and construct the shoulders of the road. Why has the contractor on this particular section not done a similar job?"
