    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, what I am saying is that--- It has happened to one bank. Some people somewhere decided to give it bad publicity, accused it of so many things and the result is that, that bank was closed. I can give a list of all the provisions that the banks have breached. But I am asking this august House to take into account that we can actually bring down banks because of bad publicity. I am asking this House to take into account that you can actually cause a financial crisis in this country by bringing bad publicity. Let the banks continue the way they have and then, deal with them on a case by case basis and with strict confidence. That way, other people will not know that a certain bank has breached either one of the provisions."
