    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, is it in order for a Minister to rise on the Floor of the House and say that he cannot give an answer to a Question, when he is saying that he acknowledges that crimes have been committed and, rather than take action to get the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) to bring charges against the banks that have committed crimes, he says that we deal with them on a case by case basis? They will continue to commit more crimes. Is it in order? This is a matter that you need to consider whether the Minister can possibly rely on provisions of an Act of Parliament that is subsidiary to the Constitution and fail to acknowledge that under the new dispensation, we are required to give all public information that is being held by public institutions, including CBK?"
