They were given Kshs200,000 by my predecessor to put up the fence and a toilet only to find that a couple of people had grabbed that plot. Would he tell this House who is responsible for these open air markets because the SFT has no capability of establishing markets? The SFT only establishes public areas. The public areas are taken by the markets. Would he confirm who is responsible in establishing the open air market under which my predecessor gave Constituencies Development Fund? I hereby table a list of the ladies."
