This Question was asked in the Eighth Parliament as Question No.282, in 2000, but up to date, the Ministry has not actually acted. The number of people referred to in this case is actually vice-versa. The Luos are actually three-quarters and Kisiis a quarter. My people are being marginalized when it comes to employment and devolved funds. What steps will the Ministry take to address the plight of these marginalized people?"
