From the information available to me, these same accounts we are querying here are exactly under scrutiny, currently, by the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) whose report will be brought here because the qualification means there must be reasons which have been given why the 11 accounts were not satisfactory. Therefore, unless we want to anticipate what is going to be in that report--- Why can we not give the PAC the opportunity to complete their work and bring the report to Parliament?"
