    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. It is very sad that the Chair of the PAC is not even aware of the work of his Committee. You had ruled that the accounts of 2007/2008 had been looked at by the PAC. They have been tabled there and adopted. You made a specific ruling that the 2008/2009 accounts, which are before the Committee, will not be addressed by the Minister. However, the 2007/2008 accounts were finalized by the Committee, and a report bought here; it had only one small paragraph on revenue to be addressed. That is why the Minister is addressing this issue. It is very sad that the Chair of the PAC is not even sure. When I want to inform him, he behaves in a funny way."
