    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is my final plea to the Chair. Let me put this matter very clearly; the accounts we are referring to were for the year that ended on 30th June, 2008. These accounts were audited between September 2008 and May 2009 and a report issued by the Controller and Auditor-General in May 2009. The financial statements I am referring to, which were brought to this House, were brought in June, 2009, 12 months after the end of the financial year. Therefore, the figures that were tabled before the House should have been the same ones that the Controller and Auditor- General was given."
