Kilonzo has raised; whether the members will continue to be covered, I want to assure the House that the action that was taken was just to block the accounts for the two service providers, but services continue. The caretaker Board will take appropriate measures to make sure that the services continue. That is a very temporary measure. We should distinguish between this scheme for the Ministry of State for Public Service and the normal NHIF scheme, which goes on regardless of what happens to the Public Service Scheme. So, that should be understood."
