    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Ministerial Statement that was sought was for me to explain why one Abu Amena Bilal Bradley Phillips was deported from this country. I want to respond briefly as follows:- The subject is a Jamaican national holding a Canadian passport No.BA542923. He had been declared prohibited immigrant in both the United Kingdom and United States of America (USA) for radicalising the Muslim youths. So, on 23rd February, 2012, the subject arrived at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) from Qatar aboard Qatar Airways, flight No.QR533. He was denied entry on the advice of our security agencies."
