That is why on the basis of the Statement--- That is why it is important for you to understand the difference in what you intend to achieve between asking a Question or seeking a Ministerial Statement. Ministerial Statements are matters of policy. Let us not turn the House right now into another forum. If the Minister has given a Ministerial Statement, seek clarifications on that Statement, short as it is. Seek clarifications!"
