But if you already have the answer, then seeking a Statement would not be the right mechanism for interrogating the kind of things that hon. Duale is interrogating. If you want a substantive debate, it is either a Motion or Question. But if you want a Statement, it means that you want information. But if you have an answer to that information, what can the Minister do? If you are forcing the Minister to tell you and you already have an answer, then I do not think that there is need for a Statement. I think that makes sense."
