"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to agree that one of the reasons could be road markings and signs. But I want to bring to the attention of the hon. Member that one particular road section, Lanet to Njoro Turnoff which is complete with road bumps, road markings and road signs has claimed more than 70 lives. The road is fully marked; it has got bumps. I think the blame should be more on the driver and not the road signs. Yes, I accept that there are areas of roads that may not be free from blame but, the larger part of it, more than 85 per cent of road accidents in the country are attributed to human error."
