    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Water Resource Management Authority (WRMA) is dealing with that. The hon. Member is right. That is happening left, right and centre, and people have just gone wild doing the wrong things. So, I will soon be bringing to this House some law to be passed, so that we can deal with some of those people. In fact, some of the things that are happening are being done by the very same people who should be protecting our water resource areas. For instance, even here in Nairobi, somebody is putting up 20 big maisonettes just next to the river - in fact, on top of the river! That is something of major concern and WRMA is going to do something about that issue."
