He also happens to come from the arid region of Ukambani and he knows very well what the Ministry gave people in Mutomo is not sufficient. Could he ensure, because we are expecting other rains in the next three months, that we will get enough seeds so that the people of Mutomo can plant adequately and, therefore, get food and not ask for famine relief?"
