    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, on 26th November, 2008, at about 10.00 a.m., a gang of about 50 cattle raiders, also believed to be Pokots, scared away children looking after goats and stole about 3,500 goats. The incident was reported to the police at 12.30 p.m. Vide OB No.4/26/11/08. The raiders were pursued by the police and the local people, who managed to recover 13 of the estimated 3,500 stolen goats."
