    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, concerning the storm water drainage, the Ministry is aware of the frequent destructive floods occurring in the municipality. It has completed some feasibility studies on the need for the development of a storm water drainage infrastructure in town. The primary designs are complete. The implementation of the project will be carried in the year 2009. My Ministry is committed to serving the people of Naivasha and will make every possible effort to safeguard their interests."
