    "content": "If I may just make one comment on this, I am particularly moved that at long last we are domesticating the Rome Statute, which estbalishes the International Criminal Court (ICC). I recollect that about 28 years ago, in 1980, in a town outside The Hague, I, together with some other people called for the establishment of the ICC, but we never thought it would become a reality in our day. But it has become a reality and today Kenya is joining others in domesticating the Rome Statute, which we have already ratified."
