I think we appreciate when Ministers not only know, but actually demonstrate their knowledge. I think the House was convinced beyond any shadow of doubt why we should separate the regulation Committee, as proposed by the Minister, from the Council of Ministers and also the support that Assistant Ministers, hon. Mungatana and hon. Githae gave in terms of recollecting what happens in the LSK and the Ministry of Medical Services."
