    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, from the findings, a total of 290 secondary schools had gone on strike as at the beginning of September, 2008. About 50 per cent of these strikes were violent and destructive. For example, in Upper Hill High School, one student - the Deputy Headboy - lost his life when a dormitory was set on fire. It should go on record that this student actually died struggling to save the lives of his colleagues."
