    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Committee noted that some Boards of Governors (BOGs) and Parents Teachers Associations (PTAs) are ineffective in their work and have concentrated more on the financial matters in our institutions at the expense of the welfare of the students and their academic performance. To ensure effective and efficient management of schools, the Committee recommends that BOGs be strictly constituted based on academic qualifications, competence and commitment and that the members of the BOGs be inducted on school"
