    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, on boarding primary schools, we as a Committee recommend that we need to discourage the boarding primary schools for children below 11 years of age. That, therefore, means that we propose that in our country we only allow boarding schools starting from age 11 or at Standard Five so that at the tender age, our children are with their parents. That will mould the child to develop very important skills in their lives."
