    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it was also further observed that some books recommended by the Kenya Institute of Education (KIE) for use in schools have also incited the students, and I quote: Mayai Waziri wa Maradhi na Hadithi Zingine . This book has a section which shows students burning schools and this is a book that is being taught in our schools. Our Committee therefore recommends that all school books be fully screened against undesirable learning materials."
