    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, finally, I wish to observe that the situation in the United Kingdom has come down drastically, and the Government of Kenya does not consider it necessary to issue a travel advisory to Kenyans travelling to the United Kingdom. Indeed, the High Commission in London, which has continued to closely monitor the daily events, or what is happening, has told the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that everything is calm; everything has returned to normal."
