    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to second the Motion for the adoption of the Report as has been moved very ably by the Chairman. From the outset, I would like to say that the Report is very comprehensive; it touches on all the issues that affect our students in our schools or institutions, what causes unrest and what might cause future unrest. If this situation is arrested on time, we may not witness the kind of unrest that we witnessed earlier this year."
