    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have local brews and bars that are licenced around our institutions. It is time that those bars were banned and removed from around the school compounds! It is time to ensure that there are no local brews around our school compounds! It is time the Provincial Administration took an active role in seeing that the local brews within the schools are eliminated. Therefore, we should all put concerted efforts to see to it that liquor, which is a substance that is abused, is done away with from around the school compounds."
