    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I presumed that since I was in a red dress, I automatically caught your eyes. I want to stand and support the petition. I wish to indicate that the policy is long overdue. We, as politicians, tend to give inflammatory statements in public that divide Kenyans. The Bible reminds them, but they forget. So, such a policy document will remind us when we forget because we need one united Kenya even as we go towards elections."
