    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. On the face of it, there is a clear breach of the procurement law, as we know it in this country. It appears that, that broker who was picked by the Government to take up the rights issue did not simply follow the procurement procedure. Would I be in order to request that this matter be referred to the Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade, so that the truth can come out? This is a lot of money. It is an election year and we know that people are cutting deals left, right and centre."
