Given that this is public money and the share held on behalf of the Kenya Government is held on behalf of the people of Kenya, the Chair directs that the Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade moves with speed to investigate the matter and report back to this House in exactly one week. The Question also is to be listed on the Order Paper one week from today!"
