A sum of Kshs113,918 being gratuity, was commuted and paid to him upon his retirement. The cheque that was used to pay is No.17140, dated 18th June, 2009. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to table a photocopy of the cheque that was used for this payment. It was payable to Wajir Primary School."
