(a) I am aware that farmers in Nessuit, Teret, Sururu, Likia and Sigotik locations in Njoro District cannot access credit facilities from banking institutions because their title deeds were restricted but not revoked. Kapkembu is not affected since it is situated outside the Mau Forest Complex. (b) Title deeds to Marioshoni, Ngongogeri and Kapsita settlement schemes are also restricted. (c) The title deeds will not be validated as all the settlers are on high water catchment areas and biodiversity hot spots."
