I think the most important thing is for Kacheliba to get water. We have set aside Kshs3.5 billion for this purpose. That is the design that we have in place. So, please let the women of Kacheliba get water whether it will come from the river that is near them or from Sioi Dam. They will get water. There is also something else that I am sure the engineers took into account, and that is whether the water will be pumped or it will flow through the force of gravity. If water will flow to Kacheliba by the force of gravity, it will be much cheaper for the Kacheliba people. Otherwise, they will get water from this dam."
