If I send you an incitement message and then you pass it to somebody else, that is how chaos starts. So, that is the reason why we had to purchase an equipment to verify the information which we are getting. Therefore, if you think that the Government will just allow people to behave the way they behaved in 2007, wait and see. Wait and see! We will arrest those who are peddling rumours; those who are giving messages of hate. We are not going to allow that!"
