Would I be in order to ask the Minister that as he makes the concluding remarks, may he read to this House and the people of Kenya the 47 names that have been appointed for the so-called County Commissioner positions? He should mention those names, their ranking, their regional extraction, their qualifications and the positions they held before they were appointed to this position? Could that list be read to this House for public consumption right now before he concludes?"
