The sensitivity, the passion and the interest that is generated and expressed by all, it is important for this matter for the House to play its role and not allow Kenyans to have the wrong impression. Hon. Members, for the benefit of all of you and I am ready to certain provisions of the National Accord, we have a responsibility as a House to integrate this country, unite this country, to show the right direction to Kenyans and not to leave certain matters in abeyance for the public to be fed with information that is not necessarily of some help. But I have also gone further to say that there are certain matters that the Chair has got its own limitations on and these are the areas that in any case that the Chair is going to make a ruling on."
