    "content": "These changes have been necessitated by appointments to the Cabinet and resignations by Members. They have been processed through the usual process of the Whips. They have discussed within themselves and submitted the same to the House Business Committee, which has looked at the names and approved them for them to be brought to this House for approval. I hereby submit the same for this House to approve. With those words, I beg to move. I ask hon. Muthama to second the Motion."
