THAT, pursuant to Section 2, Sub clause 6 of the Independent Police Oversight Authority Act, 2011, this House approves the appointment of Mr. Macharia Njeru to the post of Chairperson of the Independent Police Oversight Board. 2. THAT, pursuant to Section 11, Sub clause 6 of the Independent Police Oversight Authority Act, 2011, that this House approves the appointment of Mr. Mbugua Tom Kagwe, Ms. Fatuma Ali Saman, Ms. Jedida Pilale Ntoyayi, Ms. Grace Babara Madoka, Mr. Vincent Kibet Kiptoo, Ms. Rose Awuor Bala and Ms. Jane Njeri Njoki Onyango to be members of the Independent Policing Oversight Board."
