    "content": "(c) The following measures have been put in place to curb the highway banditry:- (i) Arresting of suspects with the most recent one occurring on 29th April, 2012 where a suspect by the name Benjamin Lematonyie, a notorious highway robber was arrested at Silolipi. (ii) We are also intensifying both foot and mobile patrols along the road. It has also been proposed that mobile network providers boost communication along the route by constructing base transmission stations to enhance reporting of incidences to reduce delays in reporting once an incident occurs."
