Now, the law is very clear on what procedures ought to be followed when there are such disagreements about the boundaries. What steps has the Government taken to ensure that the law relating to the settlement of such disputes is followed, rather than invoking police mechanisms and opening inquests, when the law states clearly what steps should be taken and within what time so that the matter can go to court? What steps have been taken?"
