If you heard the last sentence that I read, it says: “As a result of the circumstances, the boys were in bad shape, malnourished and looking sickly. They also do not attend school.” This is from the Government and yet you will remember that a few weeks ago when the Mr. Minister in charge of that Ministry was held in Mali, they took a Jumbo Jet 747 to get him from Mali and bring him back to Kenya. This is the case and yet they cannot bring two young boys back to Kenya."
