    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, if you look at this Question it is addressing public institutions like secondary schools and boreholes. These are very important institutions for the public. The Assistant Minister is not addressing this Question to my satisfaction. When he says that KPC will replace single phase transformers with three-phase ones when consumption of power in each area demonstrates a need for three-phase electricity connectivity, I do not understand him because these people need these services. Could he come out clearly and tell this House when he is going to replace these single phase transformers with the three-phase transformers because people are suffering in that area?"
