Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to suggest to the House that we allocate more funds to the Ministry of Energy when we know that the Ministry gets a budget allocation every financial year? I would like to know whether he is aware that there is inadequate supply of transformers in most parts of the country, and particularly in Samburu East, where they have installed electricity. Could he tell us what he is doing, instead of asking us to vote more funds for the Ministry?"
