(a) The mandate of the HIV and AIDS Tribunal, as stipulated in Part Seven, Section 25 of The HIV and AIDS Prevention and Control Act, 2006, include the following:- (i) to hear and determine complaints arising out of any breach of the provisions of the Act; (ii) hear and determine any matter or appeal as may be made to the tribunal, pursuant to the provisions of the Act; and, (iii) to perform such other functions as may be conferred upon it by the Act or by any other written law."
